If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes

Structural or complex improvements NO
The boat's best features Easy to rig and sail. Light to tow.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Has no way to reef main sail. no roller furler.
Sailing characterisitcs Handles well in heavy winds 30 knots or so. Points very well into wind. We sail in Barnegat Bay in New Jersy and it is very shallow. We sail often in 2-3 ft of water with center board up and have no problems.
Motoring characterisitcs Motoring is a little difficult because of stern pulpit and the motor is only a 3.5 with no reverse. You must tunr the engine 180 degrees to go in reverse. It is very hard to see forward especially to starboard side. You need a look out. If motoring far in deeper water.. > 3ft. then you can lock the motor and use the rudder.
Liveability No good. After you load the equipment you need, icebox, porta potty, lifjackets, emergency gear and sleeping bags you are lucky to get one person below to sleep. we usually sleep in cockpit if more than 2 people on board.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) N/A
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any The dealers in this area Mac and other wise that I have dealt with are like crummy used car salesman. I have NO trust in them. They say anything to make the sale
Other comments Overall very happy. We are looking to move up to a Mac 25 or 26x next year so that we can do more camping.
