If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	No. I need a sailing buddy. I do not know much about the boat. I would appreciate tips on rigging the boom vang and topping lift.

Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	does not sail well but it is probably my own fault.
Sailing characterisitcs	sometimes i am overpowered by wind and can't maneuver the boat well.
Motoring characterisitcs	10 h.p. merc is slow

Other comments	I can't see how to use the winches to raise and lower the mast. Need instruction
