If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Yes, I made the decision after plenty of research and have not found any reason to revise it.
Gear that's been added	Single Line reefing, Lazy Jacks and all lines back into the cockpit.
Structural or complex improvements	N/A
The boat's best features	The boat may not be a stellar performer in anything, but it does every thing I want it to do, most likely beyond the extend of my ability and desire.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	We had a slight issue with the engine, but that was resolved completely painless for us between the dealer and the manufacturer.
Sailing characterisitcs	I am a beginner and I find the 26M great to learn how to sail.
Motoring characterisitcs	The E-Tec 60 seems to be ideal for the boat, it runs about 6 mph at 2000 rpm with very low use on gas and a very comfortable noise level. It also goes up to about 18 mph fully loaded, with ballast full, but who needs the noise and spray for an extended time.
Liveability	Very comfortable for a couple of nights for 2 people in the marina. We have not undertaken any longer cruise so I can't judge it as real home away from home.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	We bought the boat from Arena Yachts in San Rafael. Dan and Jeff at Arena made this a great experience, starting with a trial day in their demo boat on the bay prior to the purchase. Dan and Jeff have assisted us greatly in selecting options that make sense and recommended not to get others. They prepared the boat perfectly and spend a full day training us on the bay in the new boat. They are taking well care of us after the sale, we recommend them highly and would come back for another future purchase.
