The boat's best features	The shallow draft with the keel up and the responsive helm.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Single handing the mast is difficult but possible if you are persistent and strong. Also, getting her centered on the trailer for the keel slot. Guide boards would improve this, small investment I plan on making in the near future.
Sailing characterisitcs	Solid and easy boat to sail, she is fun to race in small clubs. Would recommend getting a 135 or 150 genoa, the Jib is not powerful enough in light winds to be competitive.
Motoring characterisitcs	great she moves at hull speed with a with anything bigger than a 6HP.
Liveability	I would call it camping at best, picture a small tent with sails. Good storage and room to nap, read a book, or get out of the weather.

Other comments	I purchased this boat to sail the shallow waters around Savannah and the South East, hands down a great boat that can handle coastal sailing and intercoastal shallows. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a fast, inexpensive, and fun sailboat.
