Gear that's been added All new cleats, new door, re-painted, compass, all new mahogany, blocks to run halyards back to cockpit for solo sailing. Many other improvements.  
Structural or complex improvements re-enforced all cleates and blocks with plywood underneath.  
The boat's best features Light, manuverable, easy to set up and trailer.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. nothing  
Sailing characterisitcs great, got tiped over once.  
Motoring characterisitcs good, we have a 7.5 hp johnson and we have plenty of power.  
Liveability small not much room
