If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	yes but since I do mostly day sailing, a day sailer would have worked as well
Gear that's been added	roller furl genoa and a new enginewind vane indicator to top of mastadded depth sounder
Structural or complex improvements	rewired electrical system, old one was original and in bad shapeReplaced all the pumbing with newReplaced old cushions with new and added cockpit cushions
