How the boat is used Day sailing

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Love my Mac
Gear that's been added Lowrance 160 GPS and depth Shore Power Pedistal table and grab bar Fueling access ports in seats
Structural or complex improvements Best most used improvement is releasable safety lines so you can gracefully and safely get on and off the boat.
The boat's best features It has a lot of living space for a sailboat this size and is very easy to sail. The 50 hp motor makes it also an inexpensive cabin cruiser.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sailing characterisitcs
Motoring characterisitcs
Liveability Home away from home. Really enjoy spending a few days living aboard. A small microwave is great when docked (cooking without heating up the cabin). Boat is very comfortable and easy to heat in cooler weather. I really enjoy winter sailing when I am the only boat on the lake.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
