The boat's best features
For the size great room, good on the trailor and ease of storage and working on at home instead of lugging everything to a marina. sails well and is very forgiving.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sink is useless as it does not drain properly. Raising the mast by oneself is difficultP.O must have had lots of extra wire as I have more switches and circuit breakers than a local hydro company. these will be modified next summer

Handles well with 9 hp motor.
Liveability
I don't think I would want to live on board with more than one person . For weekend jaunts it is fine but any longer it may be a bit cramped
