The boat's best features It is very roomy and easy to sail. It is light wieght for easy towing.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The rudder castle brock into two pieces. I had to get a new rudder made. The rudder and castle design can be improved.
Sailing characterisitcs It handles very good in winds of about 10-15 knots In high winds (20-30knots)it becomes a little hard to control. The boat is very light and therefor get's pushed around a lot.
Motoring characterisitcs I use a 8 Hp Johnston outboard moter. It is satisfactory for my needs. I only use the motor to get in and out of the marina.
Liveability The mac 25 is great for a weekend or even for a week or two. Is is very roomy and great for two-four people.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
