Gear that's been added	i just bought but i have plans of redoing the entire cabin, depth finder etc....

Sailing characterisitcs	i don't have much experience with other boats to compare it to but it is a lot of fun

Liveability	i could definently stay for a few days but it only being 23 feet it is kinda cramped

Other comments	the venture of newport definently stands out at the dock over any sail boat of it's caliber
