Gear that's been added	compass, handheld GPS, Nisan 8hp outboard, LED lights, Bimini, other small items.
Structural or complex improvements	none, it is good as is.
The boat's best features	folding keel, let me go by shallow water.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sailing characterisitcs	lot of weather helm on high winds 20+knots, no comfortable with more than 4\' waves.
Motoring characterisitcs
Liveability	to small, no enough headroom.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	none.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	was a friend present, he upgraded a bigger blue water boat and gave me the Mac.
Other comments	Love it.
