If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	I did, same boat trade it for a power boat a year ago hated it got lucky his family hated sailing got same boat back again, will never get rid of it again...
Gear that's been added	No, like to set up tabernackel for easier mast raising.
Structural or complex improvements	Does need a little TLC, planning to do it this winter.
The boat's best features	Simplicity, safe easy handling boat since I'm an amatuer.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Just like to restore it used to be in L.A. Ca. in the ocean considering of the abuse of salt water its in pretty good shape.
Sailing characterisitcs	Casual sailing.
Motoring characterisitcs	Used a electric 30 pound trust motor to bring boat in or out from dock at 3 mph. Easier than gas motor for manufering in tide spots...
Liveability	I think it has more than enough room for me or two people even to live in. Me and my wife lived in a smaller toyota motorhome for 2 years, bumper to bumper 15Ft. And my house is only 400Sq.Ft. Love it...
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)	No, Would like to when I restore it.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	Lots of people cut magregors down, first thing I ask is have you ever own one, they always say no. My response is always, don't talk to me about lt until you own one.
Other comments	It's a fine boat for the price even though I prefer a classic looking boat instead of a modern boat. But I'm going to restore it and have a little fun with it and add some personal touch to it...Maybe i'll hunt down for the more classic earlier 21Ft. Macregor...
