I built a set of racks that bolted to my trailer and allowed the boat to sit about 4 ft in the air. It was perfect for doing the bottom of the boat with a barrier coat and the bottom paint. I belong to a sailing club and so had use of a crane to lift the boat up and put it back down on this cradle. I could then tow the boat around the yard in this position. I called it a tradle.
