Id like to show you the storage cabinet I made inside the head. I copied this from someone else who made a cabinet very similar, I apologize I dont know their name.

The cabinet front frame and doors are made of Oak, while the sides and shelves are Birch.

Also, I replaced the bulkheads and door with 1/2 Birch plywood, stained and sealed with Minwax Helmsman Urethane.

I really like the rich look of the stained Birch.

While cutting the new panels I used the old ones as a template and made the new ones the same, accept for a few minor changes.

The pictures are deceiving, there is a considerable amount of storage inside, and on top. I think its a worthwhile mod, if you want more storage.
