General condition and any additional information

Boat needs the good home it deserves. Purchased with desire to learn to sail, but lifes demands took priority and now 12 years latter to late to learn.

In full disclosure-furling jib is broken along the plastic part, and the boat requires multiple topside poly coats or new gel coat (powder when touching), latches on bow hatch broken, top hatch cracked on underside only-patched, dont know if anchor light works.

Will provide more pictures and information to interested party.

Putting beach house in market in Feb 2025, so boat has to be picked up by Jan 2025.

Boat includes many extras, bumpers, anchor, life vests, through hull depth gauge (must complete installation of transducer), all original cushions (in great shape), bimini top, radio.
Never rigged boat for sailing, but as far as I know all rigging and sails are there.

Trailer completely revamped (repacked hubs, rewired lights, new wench, safety chains, tires + spare, new bunkers) and painted and currently licensed in PA.
Motor reconditioned in 2022. Run in 2024.
Boat electrical board replaced, new battery (2022).
