On the hard

Been on the hard for a few weeks making improvements. Had a bad attack of barnacles despite any fouling paint they got up in the centerboard locker and I had to use a saw to get them out. three coats of any fouling and spray it up inside the centerboard locker this time also. added a swim ladder to the stern with a platform and install the new tiller ,the old one have been broken many times and was very short. Also added hydrolic lifts for the pop top, work great. Its back on the water now looking forward to a great day sailing tomorrow.
